With over 15 years of experience documenting political, cultural, and social stories across Europe. My work focuses on displacement, identity, resilience, and the human consequences of war.
In 2022, when the full-scale invasion began, I moved to England with my two children while my husband remained in Ukraine. This personal experience of displacement and family separation shaped both my life and my work, giving me a strong understanding of refugee realities and the importance of ethical, trauma-informed storytelling built on trust and dignity.
Since moving to the UK, I have developed documentary projects focused on Ukrainian voices, women rebuilding their lives abroad, children affected by war, and refugee integration.
Alongside her documentary practice, she collaborates with diverse communities and organisations across the UK, including the Ukrainian community, members of the Ahmadiyya Association, the Nepali community, and Amani Women’s Empowerment and Support Association.

In 2018 Natalia captured a series of aerial photographs showcasing Ukraine's rural landscapes. These images, taken from a helicopter, highlight the country's lush fields, winding rivers, and the dynamic interplay of cloud shadows over the terrain. This project offers a unique bird's-eye perspective on Ukraine's natural beauty.

Beginning in 2009, she served as a reporter photographer for a leading Ukrainian newspaper, where she documented significant events in the Ukrainian Parliament (Verkhovna Rada). Her work involved recording intense moments of political life, contributing to increased readership for the publication.
